In partnership with Henrico County Recreation and Parks, First Tee – Greater Richmond is giving priority registration to Henrico County Residents for these camps noted. Registration will open to the community after April 30th if class capacities are not met.
FIRST TEE GOLF CAMP POWERED BY OPERATION 36
First Tee Golf Camp Powered by Op36 is open to players ages 7 to 17 of all skill levels (beginner to advanced). Participants will be placed in groups according to age and skill level where they will play games designed to improve putting, chipping, bunker play, and full swing. In addition to technique, participants will experience a fun and engaging learning environment on the golf course where they will be introduced to course management strategies, conflict resolution, and confidence building opportunities. No equipment is required as First Tee will provide appropriate golf equipment
Half day and full day options available for June 28th week and August 9th week!
Half Day (ages 7-17): 9:30am to 12:00pm
Full Day (ages 10+): 9:30am to 3:00pm
Half Day, 9:30am to 12:00pm (ages 7-10) – $125 per camper
Full day, 9:30am to 3:00pm (ages 10+) – $225 per camper
UPDATED SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Capacity will be set to 10 participants to follow current COVID-19 Guidelines set forth by First Tee. If a class is full, please join the waitlist, this will help with getting a spot if we’re able to increase maximum capacities or add additional classes to the schedule.
First Tee – Greater Richmond has updated the 2021 safety protocols ensure proper delivery of our programs.
No walk up registration! Participants must be registered in the online system prior to attending class.
No equipment is needed – First Tee can provide all necessary equipment for youth golf programs.
A founding purpose of First Tee is to make golf more accessible to all youth, particularly young people who otherwise may not have an opportunity to learn and play the game. Our policy is to provide access to programs regardless of a participant’s ability to play. Our financial aid program is funded by generous donors. Parents/guardians may apply for financial aid as part of the online registration process. Once you have applied for financial aid through the online registration, you will receive an email notification and can then complete the registration.
- We cannot offer any prorated pricing for the Life Skills Experience Classes or Summer Camps.
- Refunds will be subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.
- Participants receiving financial aid are expected to have attendance records in good standing to remain eligible for future aid.
