- The First Tee’s renovation designs and plan for Belmont continue
- Definitive lease agreement is ready for execution
January 2020 – May 2021
- The First Tee responsible for the operation of Belmont – Note: though The First Tee is responsible for the operation, the facility will be closed to the public until spring 2021
- Belmont is closed for full renovation by The First Tee – Note: Exact timing of the renovation is subject to change, but we anticipate conducting the work in Summer 2020 in order to best match the growing season for Bermuda turf
- The First Tee to launch comprehensive fundraising campaign to capitalize on renovation and momentum at Belmont
May 1, 2021
- Grand re-opening of the “New Belmont”
- Launch of youth golf programming
